Is It Missing Anything?
The Custom Keto Diet plan is awesome. I’d venture to say it’s ALMOST perfect except for one thing. Once I started feeling the effects of the Keto Diet, and I could see it was working, I wanted to pair it with a workout plan that was right for me.
This really isn’t any fault of the Custom Keto Plan; it’s a diet plan that works great! It does exactly what it’s intended to do and it does it really well. They just don’t specialize in a workout plan. Of course, doing some form of work out plan along with following a good diet plan is much more effective than one without the other.
I didn’t want to join a gym. I didn’t want to buy a weight rack or any type of weights. I was open to spending a little money, but not a whole lot.
There are so many options out there that I’ve found that fit this style of workout. Several offer beginner levels (for people like me!) and others are pretty intense for those who can handle it (not for people like me!).
